ELITE SHIPMENT SERVICES® offers domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, express delivery, parcel handling, package tracking, customs assistance, warehouse coordination, and related logistics services. Service availability may vary depending on destination, customs regulations, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

5. Mandatory Shipment Insurance

All shipments processed through ELITE SHIPMENT SERVICES® are required to carry shipment insurance.

Insurance is mandatory regardless of the declared value of the package. The purpose of mandatory insurance is to protect both the customer and ELITE SHIPMENT SERVICES® against financial loss arising from theft, accidental damage, loss during transit, natural disasters, transportation incidents, or unforeseen operational events.

Insurance fees are calculated separately from shipping charges and must be paid before shipment processing begins. Failure to pay the required insurance fee will result in the shipment being placed on hold until full payment has been received.

Customers who intentionally undervalue shipments or provide false declarations may have insurance claims denied and may become fully liable for resulting losses or legal consequences.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, storage fees, or government charges imposed by destination countries. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient or shipper unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tracking information is provided as a convenience. While we strive for real-time updates, delays in scanning or data synchronization may occur. Tracking information should not be considered a guaranteed real-time representation of shipment status.

9. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only. Delivery schedules may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, security inspections, government actions, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the coverage provided under the customer's purchased shipment insurance. ELITE SHIPMENT SERVICES® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Claims

Claims relating to loss or damage must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Supporting documentation, photographs, invoices, and proof of value may be required before any investigation begins.

12. Delayed or Held Shipments

Shipments may be delayed or placed on hold for reasons including but not limited to unpaid shipping fees, unpaid insurance, customs inspections, missing documentation, incorrect recipient information, restricted goods, or governmental requests.

13. Refund Policy

Shipping charges become non-refundable once shipment processing has commenced. Refund requests may be considered only where services have not yet begun and subject to administrative deductions where applicable.

14. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing shipments, improving services, complying with legal obligations, and communicating shipment updates. We implement reasonable security measures to protect customer information.

15. Website Usage

Users may not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website, upload malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse any part of our platform.
